One of the most significant factors in my artistic development as a child was the picture books I grew up with. I still own oversized vintage picture books drawn by some of the most amazing artists. Today, with 3 kids of my own, picture books are still a significant part of our household.
I have been writing and illustrating a number of stories which I hope to have published in the next few years. Nothing is more satisfying than creating work for my children to enjoy and I hope you enjoy it as well.
I've had a number of opportunities to work with some really great people in the editorial field. Each brief comes with interesting challenges which I've come to enjoy.
Whether I'm drawing machines, animals, or the great outdoors, every editorial assignment is unique and enjoyable in its own way.
